Event: Instrumental Solo & Ensemble Festival (OMEA District 05)
Date: Saturday, March 4th, 2023
Location: Ridgeview High School, 4555 SW Elkhorn Ave, Redmond, OR
Applicable grades/instruments: Middle and High School students (grades 6-12). Open to solo performers & ensembles on wind instruments, percussion, piano, & strings.
Registration cost: $20 per solo entry. $35 per Ensemble entry. Percussion ensembles will be signed up for two time slots but only charged for 1.
Registration opens: 1/19/2023
Registration closes: 2/10/2023

Performers will not be given a time slot until their registration is paid. Registration deadline is 2/10/2023 11:59pm.
This is a very friendly event with qualified adjudicators. All adjudicators have already been or will be trained to give appropriate feedback to students of all ages and skill levels. There may or may not be time for the adjudicators to give live feedback during the 10 minute time slot. Percussion Ensembles have 20 minute time slots in order to facilitate moving equipment, not so that they have longer adjudication times.

Follow prompts for registering your students
I suggest using students' personal emails. Usually the school servers block outside emails.
"Accompanist"
Select by clicking box next to "No Accompanist" until it is blue. If the performer is NOT performing with an accompanist.
DEselect by clicking box next to "No Accompanist" until it is white. If the performer IS performing with an accompanist.
Please include accurate accompanist information. If you don't, it is likely that the pianist will get double booked. I won't know to avoid double bookings if the accompanist name is not included.

Under "District" write "5"
